Esports Wales is making a big move in the world of live streaming and content creation. We are changing our approach to match what works best in today’s digital world. We are excited to announce the launch of the Esports Wales Content Creation team. This new team is built on our previous Stream Team but expands it to fit our modern views on how to build a following. We want to help creators succeed across various social media platforms. We are also opening doors to help with post-production video content on platforms where it is easier to get discovered.

What caused this big change in the industry? Why are live-streaming platforms now encouraging creators to post on other social channels? If you follow the content creation world closely, you know this did not happen suddenly. There have been two rising stars who showed the power of using platforms with much higher discoverability. These creators use both short-form and long-form video content. The two stars are CaseOh and Jynxzi. These two have taken the internet by storm. Many of their clips have gone viral on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. They have a special familiarity that makes them seem more relatable than most creators we have seen over the years. They started by simply playing games they liked. They were inspired by top creators that many of us grew up watching. A lot of people can see themselves in these two creators.

In our Esports Wales Content Creation team, we analyze the methods that specific creators use to find success. This helped you level-up your personal streaming journey. We have now simplified this process down to two tiers. The first tier is the Creator Academy. These efforts help refine your branding and content to provide value to your audience. There are plenty of opportunities to network and collaborate with other Welsh creators in this tier.

The second and highest tier is our premier Partnered Creators. These creators are the beacon of Welsh talent. They are the leaders that serve as an example for others to pursue. We will work with these creators when it comes to partnerships and events. They also get direct one-to-one mentoring with our development team. This support is designed to take you and your content to an international stage.
