Like most games with big worlds, The Outer Worlds 2 has missions where you need to find hidden items. The first one you’ll run into is called ‘In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda.’ This mission asks you to find 10 old Earth Directorae comic books scattered around Paradise Island on Eden.

Volume 1 location

Volume 1 is in the abandoned part of Westport, inside a house on the northwest corner of that area.

Volume 2 location

Volume 2 is on the southern tip of Paradise Island, sitting on the front porch of a house that’s built on a pier over the water.

Volume 3 location

Volume 3 is also on a pier, but this one is on the west side of the island. It’s a short distance north from the Ministry of Accuracy building.

Volume 4 location

To find Volume 4, go to the main entrance of the Vox Relay. Before you reach it, look for a small building on your right. Go inside and head to the south side where you can call an elevator. Ride it down and exit to the east. You’ll find another small pier with the volume waiting there.

Volume 5 location

Volume 5 is in a small house that’s northeast of the Ministry of Accuracy. You’ll see several farmers working in that area.

Volume 6 location

Volume 6 is in a house on a pier. This pier is southeast of Fairfield and directly across from the landing pad where ships can land.

Volume 7 location

Go directly west of the Vox Relay and you’ll find a small group of houses guarded by Protectorate soldiers. You’ll need to defeat these soldiers. In the easternmost house in this area, you’ll find Volume 7.

Volume 8 location

Volume 8 can be found on the coast southwest of Fairfield at a place called the Crabbing Tower. Walk onto the tower and climb the ladder. You’ll find the volume in the small cabin at the top.

Volume 9 location

Volume 9 is in a house that’s south of Sweet Spire Grove. The house is full of Raptidons (dangerous creatures), so be careful. Once you get inside, look on the bed and you’ll find the volume.

Volume 10 location

Volume 10 is in the far northwest corner of Paradise Island, on a pier. When you first get there, you’ll see a pack of Raptidons and Crabbles fighting over the volume. After you clear them out, you’ll find the volume sitting on a table outside.

In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda rewards

Once you have all ten volumes, go back to Redactor Quesnel. Her house is just southeast of the Ministry of Accuracy. If you give her five volumes, she’ll give you a Pitchball card. If you return all ten volumes, she’ll give you the Townie Clothing outfit along with some experience points and Bits (the game’s money).
