Highguard Gets New 5v5 Mode for One Weekend Only

The makers of the game Highguard have put out a new update. This update adds a new 5v5 mode. However, you can only play this mode this weekend. It is a limited time event for players to enjoy.

As part of this new update, there is also a brand new base called Soul Well. The description says it is a dark relic from a lost age. Wardens can use this new base to experiment. You will be able to play on Soul Well in both the 3v3 and the new 5v5 game rotations. You can see a preview of it here:

To get ready for the bigger teams, the game lobbies have been changed. Now, parties of five players can join together. The raids have also been updated. Instead of six lives, raids now give you 10 lives. You will also notice that the respawn time is a little longer during raids. This gives players enough time to plant or defuse the generators. Please note that the Firing Range does not work with 5v5 right now. If your party has more than three players, that option will be greyed out.

The development team said this is one of two big updates for launch week. They are working hard to make sure the game is ready for live service. They are taking immediate action to fix problems. They want to make the game better for everyone playing.

Just this week, the team fixed hundreds of bugs. They also improved how the game runs on all systems. Yesterday, they released Patch 1.0.4. This patch added many bug fixes, new video settings, and features that players asked for. They are listening to the community.
