EA Sports has announced a new feature for their FC 26 game. In this new mode called Fantasy FC, players will get better cards based on how they perform in real fantasy football games.
This Fantasy FC feature is now in its second week. For the first time, it’s teaming up with the official Premier League fantasy football game. This means the results from real games in week 29 will affect the players in the FC 26 game.

Fantasy FC Live: Which players and games are included
Ten players have been chosen for this special feature. Each player is linked to a real Premier League game happening March 3-5. How well they do in fantasy football points during those games will determine how much better their cards get in the game.

How the Fantasy FC Upgrades Work
How much better a player’s card gets depends on their fantasy football points from week 29:
- 0–1 point: +1 OVR and an additional Role++
- 2–3 points: +2 OVR and all Roles++ for their main position
- 4–5 points: +3 OVR, all Roles++ for all positions, a second PlayStyle+, and one base PlayStyle
- 6–7 points: +4 OVR, all Roles++ for all positions, a second PlayStyle+, and two base PlayStyles
- 8+ points: +5 OVR, all Roles++, a second PlayStyle+, two base PlayStyles, and 5-star Skill Moves or Weak Foot
These upgrades are permanent. So if a player does really well in real games, their card in the game will become much more valuable.
How to Get the Fantasy FC Player Cards
To get these special player cards, you need to join the Fantasy FC Flash Rush event. This event runs from February 28 to March 3.
You need to play matches in the Fantasy FC Rush mode. You have to use a player from the same team as the Fantasy FC card you want. For example, if you want the Mathys Tel card, you need to use a Tottenham player in the Rush mode.
You can get up to two of these special player cards before the objectives lock on March 3.
If a player you chose doesn’t actually play in their real game, they will automatically get the smallest upgrade (0-1 point).
With week 29 games happening all week, people playing Ultimate Team now have another reason to watch every assist, clean sheet, and bonus point as they happen in real life.
