Hypixel Studios has shared the details for the second update for their game Hytale, which is similar to Minecraft. This new patch brings many changes and additions to the game world.
The upcoming update covers many different parts of the game. It includes new items for changing how your character looks, changes to how the game world is created, farming improvements, and sound updates. The developers also announced that there is new magic available in the game, including a special book for Necromancy.
For players who do not like snakes, similar to the character Indiana Jones, the studio is adding a special accessibility mode called ophidiophobia mode. This will help players who are afraid of these creatures enjoy the game more comfortably.
The studio plans to release this update during the weekend. They also mentioned that a third update is already being worked on at the studio.
For now, you can look at the full list of changes coming in the second update below:

Important Notes
The studio aims to release this update this weekend. They ask players to help test the update and report any bugs found, either in-game or by replying to their post if something major is discovered. If everything goes well, they will update everyone on Friday or Saturday.
Update 3 is already being developed. The studio plans a longer pre-release period to give modders and server owners time to catch up and update their content. As more modders and servers create content, the developers want to make their updates more predictable to maintain stability across the game’s ecosystem.
Before Hytale’s full release, Hypixel announced that their Minecraft-like game had already sold enough copies to fund the next two years of development. At the time, it was stated that combined with a personal commitment of ten years, the future looks very strong for the project.
Earlier this week, the studio head called Hytale’s recent early access launch the most challenging but rewarding experience of his life.
