The makers of Fallout 76 are trying to fix some problems that came up after the update they put out at the start of this week.
This update was meant to sort out troubles in quests, language settings, armor, and other parts of the game. But the group had to turn off the Weekly Raid Challenge right away. Players said the challenge was ending by itself, so no one could get the prizes.
The creators say they are now checking what players are reporting. They are using ideas from the community to make a list of things to fix. They plan to release an update in the first week of February to handle these.
Here is the complete list of changes they know about so far:

- The Build Menu shows up empty because of a skin on the C.A.M.P. Module.
- The New category in the Pip-Boy is working in a strange way.
- Grunt and Head Hunts are only giving enemies with 1-Star rating.
- C.A.M.P. items bought with Gold Bullion are not showing up.
- Cryo Status effects and damage are not working on enemies.
We are still looking into other reports like armor resistances not working until you put it on again and players feeling weaker when battling enemies in the Burning Springs area.
There were a few changes that did not make it into our notes from Tuesday. We want to point them out so everyone knows they were on purpose.
- A new 4-Star Legendary Mod called Charged has been added to items from the Gleaming Depths raid.
- This mod for melee weapons builds up power with regular attacks. You can let out the explosive power with a strong attack.
- Dom Pedro now has two new mods: Reflex Sight and a Long Barrel mod. These are for everyone who has the weapon.
- Known Issue: The Weekly Raid Challenge is turned off for now because it was finishing automatically and players could not get rewards.
Other than saying the first week of February, there is no exact date set yet.
As Victoria pointed out this week, the Fallout games are getting popular again lately. This is because of the second season of Amazon’s Fallout TV show. It picks up after the first season, bringing back Lucy, The Ghoul, and Maximus as they travel through the ruined world with mixed results.
Along with familiar actors like Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins, Macaulay Culkin and Kumail Nanjiani are joining for the second season. Shooting for the third season of Fallout is set to start this May.
