The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has made a major announcement for the upcoming 2026 event. They have confirmed a record-breaking prize pool totaling $75 million. This huge amount of money will be used to fund 25 different tournaments. These tournaments will cover 24 different games. The event will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is scheduled to run for seven weeks, from July 6 to August 23, 2026.
More than 2,000 players are expected to compete in this massive event. These players come from over 200 clubs spread across 100 different countries.
